Thelema Chardonnay
A beautiful light straw colour with aromas of ripe peach, grapefruit marmalade, blossoms and complex yeasty flavours compliment the toasty oak in the wine.
Thelema Cabernet Sauvignon
Complex and stylish, with aromas of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate and pencil shavings. This wine is bone dry, yet exhibits a lovely sweet fruit character on the palate, with a lovely long finish.
Thelema Merlot
Juicy upfront red fruit and concentrated flavours with just the right amount of tannin. Hints of dark chocolate on the finish completes this wonderfully balanced wine.
Thelema Mountain Red
Spicy aromas of black pepper and mulberry mingle with the plum flavours in this soft and approachable wine.
Thelema Mountain White
A delicious blend with aromas of ripe peaches, golden delicious apples and hints of citrus. Packed with flavour on the palate, this wine is a real crowd pleaser.
Thelema Rabelias
Rabelais is a blend of the best Bordeaux components from our Thelema range from the 2019 vintage. The wine shows concentrated aromas of dark berries, hints of mocha and cedar wood on the nose. The palate has lovely sweet fruit notes, polished tannins and a long, refined finish.
Thelema Sauvignon Blanc
A typical Thelema Sauvignon Blanc – lovely fresh melon and grapefruit flavours, with a full, zesty palate, all in perfect balance.
Thelema Sutherland Viognier
Pretty aromas of sun ripe apricots, peaches and a hint of spring blossoms are so typical of our Viognier and Roussanne blend. Ripe summer fruit flavours and good acidity are complimented by this wines’ excellent texture and complexity. A perfect accompaniment to mildly spicy dishes.
Thelema Shiraz
Aromatic and inviting, this flavourful Shiraz shows ripe black fruit, cassis and lovely spice on the palate.
Thelema Merlot Reserve
This wine is a blend of the best parcels within Thelema’s merlot vineyards. A wine well structured and showing extraordinary concentrations of ripe berries and cedar wood.
Thelema Sutherland Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir was aged in French oak barrels for 9 months and shows pure strawberry fruit aromas and lovely perfumed spice and earthy characters on the nose. The wine is wonderfully balanced with a long, refined finish.
Thelema Sutherland Syrah
This wine shows inviting aromas of black berries, plums and savoury spice, with great texture on the palate and a long, juicy finish. The components were aged in French oak barrels for 18 months before blending and bottling.
