Mia Wines & Spirits International is seeking a reliable, energetic and self-motivated Bike Rider / Salesperson to support product distribution, merchandising and sales activities across assigned areas.

This is a field-based position requiring someone who is comfortable travelling independently, engaging customers and monitoring product movement in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets and customers according to schedule.
• Support sales and merchandising activities at customer outlets.
• Ensure Mia products are properly displayed and visible.
• Monitor stock levels and product movement.
• Identify potential sales opportunities within assigned territories.
• Develop positive working relationships with customers and outlet personnel.
• Collect and communicate relevant information regarding competitor activity and market trends.
• Submit accurate field reports and updates to management.
• Carry out deliveries or product movement when required.
• Maintain the motorcycle in safe and serviceable condition.
• Work independently to achieve assigned targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid motorcycle riding licence.
• Minimum 5 years’ motorcycle riding experience.
• Basic understanding of motorcycle maintenance and mechanical issues.
• Minimum education: Form 4 or equivalent.
• Previous sales or merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must own and be comfortable using a smartphone.
• Ability to track product movement and report market information accurately.
• Self-motivated and capable of working without constant supervision.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi and surrounding areas is an advantage.
